※ Supported Device Specification: Android OS v4.3 (Jelly Bean) with the resolution of xhdpi or higher (Galaxy S3 model and higher)
※ Please install using Samsung Internet Browsers if a file downloading fails.
※ If "App is not installed" message pops up, please re-install Knox Portal after deleting mobile mySingle as follows;
     - Settings > More/General > Application Manager (Change the tab to "All”)
     - mySingle, mySingle Manager, SamsungmySingle, MD Installer (Click each application and ‘Uninstall’.)
※ If "DA 1003 Error"
shows, please turn off the power saving mode before log-in
Caution during the installation
- During the operation of combined installer, installation files required for Knox Portal will be downloaded including apk file. All files needs to be installed progressively in order to use Knox Portal.
- If the [Installation Blocked] warning message pops up, please go to [Settings > Security > Unknown sources] and click on [allow this installation only].
- Only authorized Samsung executives and employees can access Knox Portal. (Login information is the same as Knox Portal account.)
